Nationwide Caregiver Education

Not every concern requires ongoing therapy—but many moments still deserve clarity, support, and a thoughtful path forward. Caregiver education offers a space to better understand patterns, routines, and development, with thoughtful guidance and practical approaches you can begin exploring right away.

Thoughtful guidance for when you’re not quite sure what to do next.

❋ What We Can Support

Each session is guided by your questions and concerns, with common areas including emotional regulation, daily routines and transitions, attention and follow-through, feeding and mealtime dynamics, sensory preferences, and independence in everyday life.

❋ Our Approach

Rooted in occupational therapy knowledge, these sessions are educational in nature. We look beyond surface behaviors to understand patterns, recognize underlying patterns, and thoughtfully adjust routines and environments. The result is a set of strategies that feel both practical and sustainable—leaving you with a clear, grounded path forward.

❋ What to Expect

Each session includes a brief intake to understand your questions, followed by a 60-minute virtual session. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of patterns and practical approaches to explore at home. Sessions are designed to feel collaborative, supportive, and easy to integrate into daily life.

These sessions are intended to provide thoughtful, educational guidance for parents and caregivers. However, they are not a substitute for occupational therapy services. No diagnosis or treatment is provided. Families seeking clinical care should consult with a licensed provider in their state.

❋ Nationwide Support

Caregiver education is offered virtually to families across the United States. For those located in New Jersey, in-person occupational therapy consulting services are available where support is needed.
